I am a passionate Agile caretaker and a servant leader. With close to 20 years of experience in the IT industry, I talk, live and breathe Agile. I strongly believe in empowering and supporting self-organization of teams. I enable the leaders of the organizations to create conditions where people can thrive.

As a life-long learner, I enjoy building communities and am a part of the organizing team for Scrum Alliance’s Global Gathering - Lisbon 2020. I hold a Masters in Business Administration and Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Leadership (CAL1) credential.
